Stories from Revd Alison

Dear Wyke School
I hope as you read this you are well and safe and busy!
I have recorded three more stories for you and they are all post-Easter stories. Each takes us closer to the day of Pentecost when the church celebrates the arrival of the Holy Spirit...do you remember the paper cut out flames on lollipop sticks for that story?
Looking forward to the day when we can be back in school with you, soon I hope.

For all the children at Wyke, Revd Alison is going to record some stories from the Bible telling us all about this special time of year as we approach Easter.
Dear Wyke School,
Normally at this time of year, we have the school Spring Assembly in the church. You bring your lovely songs and singing and I share the stories of Holy Week- Palm Sunday, the Last Supper, Good Friday and finally Easter Day. In this extraordinary time I still want to share those stories with you and so I have videoed them. I have never done this before ! I am grateful to Mr Chapman for guiding me on the phone as to how to transfer the video file. He was very very patient!
Enjoy the stories. Keep safe.
